             However, to validate this guarantee you, the buyer, must have your new puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of the date on this contract. If your vet finds anything seriously wrong, such as contagious diseases, with the puppy, it will be exchanged for another puppy of equal value or return of funds in full will be given providing a letter from the licensed veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy’s illness, and the puppy is returned to us within 72 hours to 1 week of the above mentioned guarantee period. NO EXCHANGE FOR ILLNESS WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS PERIOD. We will not be responsible for any vet bills you, the buyer incur. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

                 There is a 6 month guarantee for serious genetic defects. There is a 1 year guarantee for hip dysplacia and heart murmers. In order for this to be considered, 1) a letter from a duly licensed veterinarian attesting to severe dysplacia  (copies of s-ray must be required) 2) Copy of an O.F.A. evaluation report   You will receive a replacement puppy of equal value. If we are unable to replace the with a puppy at that time, a refund of the purchase price will be given. The buyer will pay the shipping costs. There are no guarantees on females that are bred before 18 months of age. We the seller, reserve the right for a second opinion from our licensed veterinarian to make this decision final. We do not guarantee for demodex, Cherry eyes, entropia, hernias, ingrown tails, or other things common to the breed or a dog in general.

                 I, the undersigned seller assume no responsibility after this puppy leaves these premises for any change of mind on the owners part, such as landlord’s disapproval, allergy to animal, disagreement  of  family, etc. It is further understood and agreed that no warranty representation has been made with the respect to said puppy other than is set forth in this agreement.
